Registration  Form

Only registered members may participate in the scientific sessions and attend social events offered by the Conference. All participants are requested to read the following information carefully before completing the enclosed REGISTRATION FORM, and send the Form together with payment to the Conference Secretariat. Registration can also be completed through the Internet.

Registration Fee

Participants must register and pay the registration fee. 
 

* Registration fee which includes a copy of the conference proceedings.

^# Please attach a copy of student identification card when registering with student status.

Registration fee includes

– Transportation from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to the Conference hotel and from the hotel to the Airport after the Conference.

– Lunch and dinner in the Conference hotel for the whole period of the Conference.

– Morning and afternoon tea/coffee for the whole period of the Conference.

– Conference badge allowing the access to all scientific programs.

– Conference kit and materials, including Program Handbook, Abstract Book.

– Access to all Scientific Programs.

– Access to all Social Programs, including the Welcome Reception, Farewell Banquet and Conference Tour.

Accompanying person’s fee includes

– Transportation from the Suvarnabhumi International Airport to the Conference hotel and from the hotel to the Airport after the Conference.

– Lunch and dinner in the Conference hotel for the whole period of the Conference.

– Morning and afternoon tea/coffee for the whole period of the Conference.

Payment

We are only able to accept Banker’s Draft for payment of the registration fees. All payments should be made in US dollars and include all bank charges and commissions. A Banker’s Draft may be purchased at your bank and made payable to the “10^th International Conference on Copepoda”. Please send a Banker’s Draft together with your Registration Form by registered air-mail to:

Acknowledgement of the registration fee will be informed by e-mail, while the receipt of the fee will be given to participants during the Conference.

We regret that we are unable to accept personal, traveler and company checks. Please note that we are unable to accept bank transfer for payment of the registration fees, due to expensive bank fees between international banks.

Registration Cancellation

Cancellations received by the Secretariat before June 10, 2008 will be charged a 30% administrative fee. No refund will be made for cancellations after June 11, 2008. All refunds will be sent after the Conference is completed.
